Welcome to Horosa.app. This site provides Horosa local client downloads, an online-version entry, AI Key claiming, and point top-up services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The site is intended for personal learning, research, tool access, and reasonable use, and must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or service-disrupting activity.
This site currently does not provide login accounts and does not store your AI Key. You are responsible for keeping any claimed or topped-up Key safe. Losses caused by leaked, lost, mistyped, or misused Keys are the user’s responsibility.
The original Horosa project and related code belong to the original author and the rights holders identified by the source repositories. Horosa.app is an unofficial portal that provides download aggregation, an online entry, and AI Key service pages. The site design, copy structure, and service packaging are maintained by this site. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the Horosa author, this site, and any third parties.
While using the site, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
Phase one has no login, no user database, and does not store user Keys. To provide downloads, the online entry, and top-up pages, the site may process necessary request logs, payment status query information, and basic browser information. See the Privacy page for more details.
AI Key point top-ups are digital services. Unless otherwise required by law, completed top-ups are non-refundable. Invoices are not provided. Before payment, please confirm the Key, package price, point amount, and payment method.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the service based on project status, source stability, third-party service changes, or compliance requirements. If a user violates these Terms or creates risk for the site, other users, or third parties, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their access to related services.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Horosa.app is not the official Horosa site and does not warrant that third-party repositories, download sources, online origins, AI Key infrastructure, or external services will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this site, third-party services, downloads, AI Keys, online origins, or related content.
If your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws causes claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, you agree to reasonably indemnify and hold harmless this site and its maintainers.
Disputes arising from these Terms or the site should first be resolved through friendly communication. If they cannot be resolved by negotiation, they will be handled under applicable law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
